Olívia is an Executive Search Researcher at Ducatus Partners, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is currently studying Psychology at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). Her professional experience includes business prospection and consulting, along with a strong involvement in non-formal education methodologies and cognitive therapy using equine therapy for children with special needs. With over a decade of volunteering experience in leadership and people management, complemented by a 10-month cultural exchange in Israel, Olívia brings a diverse international perspective to her role. She is fluent in Portuguese and English, has advanced Spanish language skills, and basic proficiency in Hebrew.
