Allister is Managing Partner and global leader for the business including overseeing offices in Houston, UK and Dubai and is based in Houston. He has worked in energy and industrial executive search for 15 years and brings strong experience in leadership advisory and executive search having worked across the North American, United Kingdom and European markets.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Allister worked with a global, publicly traded recruiting organization, initially in Aberdeen and then as Head of Executive Search in Houston. Allister has extensive experience in assisting energy companies acquire top leadership talent, particularly across private equity and venture capital, industrials, oil and gas and the energy transition.
He has overseen hundreds of executive searches and consulting projects and has personally conducted thousands of executive level interviews.
Allister received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Strathclyde Law School, with a focus on employment law.
Gary McKinney has driven HR strategies at numerous high-growth companies across the energy, investment, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) sectors including Schlumberger, Valerus and Clearlake Capital. The last five years have seen him pivot into executive search, specialising in energy services.
Gary will be key to helping clients acquire, manage and develop the human capital required to drive this transformation playing out across all corners of the sector.
Craig Rickard joins Ducatus Partners as a Partner where he will lead client engagement, talent assessment, and internal execution initiatives for the firm’s Energy & Manufacturing Practice.
He will leverage his two decades of search experience across diverse sectors to deliver game-changing, consultative leaders to organizations across the nation. Craig’s experience includes recruiting on behalf of large public companies and small to mid-sized private businesses.
Tera is a Partner in the Denver office, where she’s a core member of the Energy and Technology Practice. With more than 15 years of executive search and human resources experience, she has a strong track record of recruiting senior-level talent across the energy, technology, chemicals, and manufacturing industries.
Tera specializes in placing executives in corporate functional roles, as well as sales and operations, with a primary focus on the energy and technology sector. Before joining Ducatus Partners, she led the Executive Leadership Practice at an executive recruiting firm, where she worked with clients in Energy, financial services, healthcare, consumer goods, and technology. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at executive search and talent management firms, where she gained deep experience in leadership development and organizational strategy.
Her proven expertise in coaching, developing, and recruiting C-suite executives, board members, and senior leaders helps organizations build high-performing teams and navigate complex business challenges.
Certified in executive assessment, Tera has conducted hundreds of executive selection and development assessments across multiple industries. She earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from George Mason University.
Maegan joined Airswift as a recruitment consultant and less than two years later she started the company’s global marketing department. Since then, the Marketing Team has grown from a two-person operation to a team of 10 located in five different countries across the world. Maegan’s strategic execution of marketing campaigns has played an important role in diversifying and growing the business. Maegan has a passion for aligning marketing and sales teams in order to achieve more in a coordinated effort. She graduated with a BA from Texas A&M University and resides in Houston with her two beautiful daughters.
Rita is a Consultant at Ducatus Partners, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She supports organizations in identifying and hiring top-tier leadership talent, drawing on her diverse experience in legal and creative fields.
Before joining Ducatus Partners, Rita worked at the Public Defender’s Office for the State of Rio de Janeiro, where she built a strong foundation in civil law and procedure. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Civil Law and Civil Procedure.
In addition to her legal background, Rita studied performing arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), specializing in costume design. This multidisciplinary expertise reflects her creative and versatile approach to leadership consulting.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, and proficient in basic Spanish, Rita excels at navigating diverse cultural contexts.
Bianca is an Executive Researcher at Ducatus Partners, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She helps organizations find and hire top leadership talent by leveraging her experience in legal and creative fields.
She has a degree in Psychology from PUC-Rio and has experience in both clinical and organizational psychology.
She is very communicative, and her personal and professional history has taught her to navigate well within different cultures. She is fluent in Portuguese and English, with an intermediate proficiency in Spanish and basic knowledge of Italian.
