Allister is Managing Partner and global leader for the business including overseeing offices in Houston, UK and Dubai and is based in Houston. He has worked in energy and industrial executive search for 15 years and brings strong experience in leadership advisory and executive search having worked across the North American, United Kingdom and European markets.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Allister worked with a global, publicly traded recruiting organization, initially in Aberdeen and then as Head of Executive Search in Houston. Allister has extensive experience in assisting energy companies acquire top leadership talent, particularly across private equity and venture capital, industrials, oil and gas and the energy transition.
He has overseen hundreds of executive searches and consulting projects and has personally conducted thousands of executive level interviews.
Allister received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Strathclyde Law School, with a focus on employment law.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Michael co-founded and was president of a highly successful executive search firm based in Houston, Texas.
Additionally, he spent 13 years as partner and co-owner of a boutique retained search firm. He sold and developed complex search assignments on behalf of companies across the energy value chain, including oilfield services, technology, and process automation companies.
Furthermore, Michael was president of the Americas division at one of the world’s largest executive search and leadership advisory consultancies, which he established solely for the oil & gas sector.
Maegan joined Airswift as a recruitment consultant and less than two years later she started the company’s global marketing department. Since then, the Marketing Team has grown from a two-person operation to a team of 10 located in five different countries across the world. Maegan’s strategic execution of marketing campaigns has played an important role in diversifying and growing the business. Maegan has a passion for aligning marketing and sales teams in order to achieve more in a coordinated effort. She graduated with a BA from Texas A&M University and resides in Houston with her two beautiful daughters.
In 2017, Justyna joined Airswift based in Manchester as a Group Financial Assistant Accountant. She now serves as a Finance Manager for Ducatus Partners and Global Mobility & Employment since 2019. Justyna's role consists of providing assistance with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
Justyna has 10 years of experience within the finance sector and in that time has worked across numerous lines of business that have fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Bia serves as the Research Team Lead at Ducatus Partners. Her expertise lies in assisting these organizations in acquiring exceptional leaders, particularly across private equity and venture capital, E&P, oilfield services, energy digitalization, energy transition, and low carbon businesses.
A seasoned executive search professional, Bia has spearheaded hundreds of successful executive searches and consulting projects. With unwavering dedication, she has personally conducted thousands of executive-level interviews, ensuring that clients find the perfect fit for their leadership needs.
Bia's educational background reflects her global perspective and commitment to excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Management from the University of St Andrews in Scotland and a Master of Science in Security Studies from University College London, where she specialized in Gender and Terrorism. Her linguistic fluency and diverse residential experiences in Brazil, the USA, England, Scotland, Germany, and Italy further enhance her ability to connect with a wide range of clients and candidates.

Tiffany has a background in marketing and project management. She is currently going to school for her MBA. She enjoys learning and is excited to bring new ideas forward. She is motivated to help professionals get connected to new opportunities in the energy industry.
Gary McKinney has driven HR strategies at numerous high-growth companies across the energy, investment, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) sectors including Schlumberger, Valerus and Clearlake Capital. The last five years have seen him pivot into executive search, specialising in energy services.
Gary will be key to helping clients acquire, manage and develop the human capital required to drive this transformation playing out across all corners of the sector.
Daniela is a Senior Global Executive Researcher at Ducatus Partners based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) with a business major and a minor in entrepreneurship. She is certified in customer experience by Disney University in Florida. Dani has various international experiences and speaks English and Portuguese fluently. Prior to joining Ducatus, Dani was part of Disney´s International College program. She also worked at a health tech start-up that connected clients to ground-breaking technology.
Stephanie serves as Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant at Ducatus Partners.
Previously, she worked at Baker Hughes in the Training and Development and Human Resources departments. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), specializing in Sustainable Development, Conflict and Cooperation.
Additionally, Stephanie has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Conflict Transformation and Peace Studies with an emphasis on Emotional Balance, supported by UNESCO Chair for Peace Studies at University of Innsbruck, Austria and Santa Barbara Institute, California.
She is also graduated in Human Resources Management, and she is currently pursuing her third Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Santa Úrsula University (USU). She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish fluently.
Rita is a Senior Global Executive Researcher at Ducatus Partners based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Previously, she worked at the State of Rio de Janeiro's Public Defender Office. She has her Bachelor of Laws from the University Estacio de Sá (UNESA). Additionally, Rita has a Post-Graduate Certificate in Civil Law and Civil Procedure. She also studied performing arts at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) with a focus on costume design. Currently, Rita is pursuing her third degree in Psychology. She speaks English and Portuguese fluently.
