Mariana is an Executive Research Intern at Ducatus Partners, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She supports executive search engagements through research, market mapping, and candidate analysis, with a strong interest in globally oriented and energy-related sectors. 

 

She is pursuing a degree in International Trade at Universidade Veiga de Almeida and previously worked at Naturgy, gaining exposure to the energy and gas industry. Mariana is fluent in Portuguese, has advanced proficiency in English, and basic knowledge of Italian.
