Emerson serves as Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Ducatus Partners, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In his role, he manages project execution, oversees corporate documentation, and supports branding and business development initiatives. Emerson also ensures seamless coordination of meetings and interviews, connecting partners, clients, and candidates with precision and efficiency.

 

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Ethnic-Race Relations. Fluent in Portuguese and English, with working knowledge of Spanish, Emerson collaborates effectively across diverse markets and cultural contexts.

 

Emerson brings international experience after living and working in the United States for over a year. Before joining Ducatus Partners, he served as a consultant for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), where he gained extensive expertise in program coordination and strategic support.
