Kevin is based in London as Ducatus Partners’ Managing Director and is a founding member of the business. Aside from leading Ducatus Partners, Kevin continues to deliver key assignments for both executive and non-executive appointments. Kevin began his career in executive search in 2001 and has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, United States and Africa.
Prior to establishing Ducatus Partners, Kevin worked at an international boutique executive search firm for over 15 years, ultimately holding the role of Chief Executive Officer. He was responsible for managing global operations and grew and set up offices in Houston, Calgary, Singapore, Australia and South Africa.
Kevin is a qualified Executive Coach (Meyler Campbell Mastered) and in addition to leading the Coaching Practice at Ducatus Partners, he actively works with senior executives to enhance thinking and outcomes.
He is a Trustee of the Robert Gordon University Foundation. He has previously held Board positions with other not-for-profit organisations including the British American Business Council, the International School of Aberdeen and Operation Eyesight. He has a Masters degree in Economics and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and holds a Diploma in Non-Executive Directorship from the Financial Times.
Leslie is based in Houston as Director of Research and leads Ducatus Partners’ team of associates and research consultants in the Americas. She is focused on supporting our partners and principals on ensuring effective and outstanding search execution.
Leslie has over 15 years of executive search experience and prior to Ducatus Partners, was the Vice President Operations at a diversified search business. She brings experience covering a range of industries having conducted searches for executive and senior leadership roles in the energy, legal, healthcare, and industrial services industries.
In addition to her experience in executive search, Leslie held a long-term consulting role with a multinational energy corporation for attracting key talent as well as managing recruiting and operations for a small, private law firm. In various roles, she has led strategic change management initiatives to operations to ensure efficiencies and client satisfaction.
Leslie studied business at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.
Sean is based in Aberdeen as Managing Partner EMEA and is a founding member of Ducatus Partners. Sean has worked in executive search since 2006 and began his recruitment career working for a FTSE 100 recruitment company where he grew a successful oil and gas practice focused on the North Sea region.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Sean worked for a leading international boutique search firm for over 10 years. He held a range of leadership positions and was ultimately responsible for the EMEA business. During this period, Sean had additional responsibility for operations excellence across the whole group as well as running the company’s private equity practice.
Sean has broad experience at board level across the energy value chain. He possesses particular expertise advising investors on leadership appointments and talent management, working closely with private equity investors on executive and non-executive appointments.
Cat is a Senior Associate with Ducatus Partners based in Houston. She joined the company as an Associate based in Aberdeen before spending a period of time working in Singapore, before to relocating to Houston in her current position.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Cat spent several years with a boutique executive search business, joining initially as a Research Consultant. Here she worked on a variety of board level opportunities across the energy value chain, as well as a number of large scale talent mapping assignments concentrated on succession planning.
Cat holds a BA (Hons) degree in Management with Human Resources from Robert Gordon University.
Jamie is based in Houston as Ducatus Partners’ Managing Partner Americas and is a founding member of the business. He began his career in executive search in 1999 and has worked across multiple regions and sectors, holding senior roles in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States across the energy, banking and financial services industries.
Prior to establishing Ducatus Partners, Jamie spent over 10 years with an energy focussed boutique search firm, where he was initially based in Aberdeen as General Manager before relocating to Houston as Vice President Americas, assuming responsibility of leading the regional team and driving business development efforts.
Jamie has extensive experience managing executive and board searches as well as talent mapping projects for clients spanning the oil and gas value chain and has deep industry networks developed from working on assignments in over 20 countries.
Taylor is based in Houston as an Associate for Ducatus Partners. She focuses on undertaking executive search assignments and market mapping projects.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Taylor worked in political, legal, and media organizations. Her experience includes acting as Senior Recruiter managing a paid canvassing campaign in a regional congressional district. She holds a double Bachelors in Political Science and Feminist Studies from University of California, Santa Barbara.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Kirk was with a leading recruitment firm in Houston focusing on business development and assisting with client consulting on succession planning. Prior to entering the search business, Kirk helped manage one of the most recognized industry leading engineering consultancy firms. He brings over 21 years of extensive operations experience across the globe, serving a range of clients from the Middle East to the most remote parts of Russia.
Kirk is from an oilfield family and his father and brothers all work in the industry. He is a former United States Marine who has worked and lived all over the world.
Michael is a Partner with Ducatus Partners covering the EMEA region based in Aberdeen. He has accumulated over 10 years of experience in recruitment and executive search, predominantly focused on the oil and gas and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Michael co-founded and was Managing Partner of a highly respected boutique executive search firm. In his earlier career, he established and managed the oil and gas division of a FTSE 250 listed recruitment company. Michael has a successful track record in delivering high-level and complex search assignments on behalf companies across the energy value chain, including exploration and production companies, oilfield services and technology providers and private equity investors.
Alice is an Associate based in Aberdeen with Ducatus Partners. Alice’s focus is on research and project delivery support covering senior level energy and infrastructure assignments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Alice joined Ducatus Partners through our graduate training scheme. She graduated in Psychology and had a particular focus on organisational psychology and human factors. She has also spent time working for a behavioural change consultancy in Aberdeen which focused on working towards improving safety in oil and energy companies. Alice holds a MA (hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen.
Jon is a Partner with Ducatus Partners and leads our team in Houston. He has over 20 years of international experience in the oil and gas industry initially in subsurface, commercial and business planning roles in operating companies and then in energy finance roles in global financial institutions.
Jon started his career as a geologist with Enterprise Oil, with responsibility for various subsurface projects in the United Kingdom and Italy. During this time, Jon was based in the company’s London, Rome and Aberdeen offices. Following the acquisition of Enterprise by Shell, Jon held various commercial and business planning roles in Shell’s Aberdeen office.
After 10 years with Enterprise and Shell, Jon moved into energy finance with RBS, Société Générale, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Jon started his banking career with responsibility for the technical due diligence of clients’ assets before assuming responsibility for originating and structuring upstream debt and equity transactions. Jon was hired into CBA to start and build the bank’s oil and gas business in London, and he was then transferred to Houston in 2012 with operational, strategic and organizational responsibility for establishing this new office for the bank.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Jon was Principal of a boutique search firm where he served a range of clients across the energy industries including exploration and production, petrochemical and energy finance.
Jon has a BA and a PhD in Geology from the University of Oxford and is a member of the IPAA, the SPE and a Fellow of the Geological Society of London.
Jack is based in Ducatus Partner’s Houston office as a Principal. Jack is committed to growing Ducatus Partners’ business in the infrastructure, power and renewables sector. He has extensive experience of executing senior level searches, as well as delivering consultancy and talent mapping assignments to both infrastructure and energy clients.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Jack was with a leading recruitment firm in Houston, developing and growing their infrastructure business. He brings significant search experience across both Europe and the Americas, serving a range of clients across infrastructure, industrial services, renewable energy and power. Jack has a specialty focus on identifying, assessing, and placing leadership talent into private equity and venture capital backed growth-orientated portfolio companies across the North American middle-markets.
Jack holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental and Earth Resources Management from Kingston University, London and a Bachelors degree, with honours, in Geography from University of Portsmouth.
Cindy is based in Houston as Ducatus Partners’ Operations Manager. In this role she is responsible for driving the company’s day to day business operations activities, including executive reporting, strategic projects, client coordination, quality and assurance initiatives, business continuity and finance processes.
Cindy has played a leading role in the execution of several large-scale, international recruitment projects and ensures client service and satisfaction are met throughout each project lifecycle.
Prior to Ducatus Partners, Cindy spent nine years in direct hire recruitment, five of which were with a major workforce solutions organization. During this time, Cindy spent one year in Brisbane, Australia as Regional Business Development Manager.
She holds a BA in Communications from Texas Tech University.
Andrew is based in Houston with Ducatus Partners as a Senior Associate where his focus is on undertaking executive search assignments and market mapping projects. Andrew has over 10 years of search experience and has lived and worked in the United Kingdom, Canada, Singapore and the United States.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Andrew spent seven years with as boutique oil and gas executive search firm as a Senior Research Consultant. Here, Andrew executed projects on a global basis and for over a year, was seconded to work with a super major operator in-house to assist with their sourcing requirements for a number of mid to senior level technical and engineering roles. He moved to Houston in 2012 and was promoted to Senior Associate, to be focused on North and South American senior level assignments. Andrew also spent two years with a Houston based investment advisory and search firm as a Consultant.
He holds a BA (hons) in business management from Robert Gordon University.
Stacey is based in Ducatus Partners’ Aberdeen office as a Consultant and has led the research on a number of high profile assignments across the eastern hemisphere.
Stacey has 15 years of recruitment and human resources experience. Notably, she worked with a major oilfield services firm as a Human Resources Advisor for five years where she was responsible for end to end human resource and recruitment activity across all product lines. Most recently, she held the role of Resourcing Manager with a Middle East headquartered EPC company for six years. She has also spent time as a college lecturer in postgraduate level human resource management.
Stacey holds a BA (hons) in business management with human resources from Abertay University, as well as a PGDip in Human Resources Management.
Allister is a Principal in the Ducatus Partners Houston office, primarily focused on advising energy clients across North America. He has worked in energy executive search for over seven years and brings strong experience in leadership advisory and executive search having worked across the North American, United Kingdom and Norwegian energy markets.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Allister worked with a global, publicly traded recruiting organization, initially in Aberdeen and then as Head of Executive Search in Houston. He has extensive experience in assisting energy companies acquire key leadership talent, particularly across private equity, exploration and production, midstream and oilfield services. He has overseen hundreds of executive searches and consulting projects and has personally conducted over one thousand executive level interviews.
Allister received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Strathclyde Law School, with a focus on employment law.
Andrew is based in Houston with Ducatus Partners as an associate where his focus is on undertaking executive search assignments and market mapping projects.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Andrew was a project manager in the construction and remodelling industries. Andrew holds a BS in Neuroscience from Baylor University and is pursuing an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
Alyssa is a Senior Associate with Ducatus Partners based in our Houston office. Alyssa has over 12 years of search and recruitment experience, eight of which have been focused in energy. She is responsible for leading research on assignments in the Americas region within both our energy and infrastructure practices.
Alyssa has worked across all sectors of the energy industry and has executed large-scale recruiting projects both domestically and internationally and had the opportunity to spend some time working in the United Kingdom. She has worked for one of the world's largest oil and gas service companies, where she handled the global recruitment and talent management needs for a $4 billion business unit. She went on to work for an independent exploration and production company and had the chance to help create and implement the talent acquisition strategy across the business and then went on to role out a similar process on an international scale.
Alyssa has a Bachelor of Science with honors in Education from Texas State University.
Alastair is based in Aberdeen with Ducatus Partners as an Associate where his focus is on researching assignments across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Alastair joined as part of our graduate training scheme and whilst at university, focussed his studies on the gig-economy, considering its future as a means of employment. Alastair has undertaken research on a number of oil and gas search assignments, covering technical leadership roles and senior level functional positions. Alastair graduated with an MA in Business Management from the University of Aberdeen
Emma is based in Aberdeen with Ducatus Partners as an Associate where her focus is on undertaking executive search assignments within the energy sector in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Emma spent six years supporting in-house recruitment for two major oil and gas service companies. As a Resourcing Advisor, Emma supported both onshore and offshore sourcing requirements as well as Graduate Engineering recruitment.
She holds a BA (hons) in Applied Social Sciences from Robert Gordon University.
