Having begun his career in the area of project services for a major multinational oil company, Hamish quickly moved into the role of project management and has helped build, manage and lead large multi discipline project teams delivering complex onshore and offshore projects. Specialising in integrated planning, change control and fast track delivery, Hamish's success has been attributed to his ability to bring together teams of specialist to work as one team to deliver against the metrics of cost, schedule and quality.
