Scott is a highly experienced international search professional with over 30 years of experience working within Boards and C-Suites to help them realise their vision and purpose. He joins Ducatus in the UK from the US, having been a Partner in the Energy, Board and CEO Practices of two international search firms in New York and Philadelphia. Prior to that, Scott spent over 20 years working from London, first for a dedicated energy specialist boutique firm, then for a major international talent advisory firm where he was an integral part of the Energy, Board and CEO Practices.

Scott has a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Central University of Iowa. He also holds a Certificate in Business and Climate Change: Towards Net Zero from the University of Cambridge.
